Psych Night & Vans are proud to announce another ten acts for Endless Daze 2019! Adding to this year’s already great lineup, the organisers have worked hard to further the range and diversity of entertainment that fans can expect at Endless Daze 2019. As always, Vans South Africa is putting their full support behind this event and helping to make this a dream festival for the alternative scene.

Joining the international headline billing will be London-based Yak, whom have been touring their brilliant full-length album Pursuit Of Momentary Happiness. There has always been an element of chaos to Yak and their approach that they took to a new level with their recent album. The result is a rare white-knuckle ride of an album in which an extreme commitment pulsates through every moment – much like Spiritualized’s ’Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space’ and Tame Impala’s ’Innerspeaker’, both of whose creators had a part to play in the album’s genesis – ranging from the gonzo-fuzz chaos of tracks like ‘White Male Carnivore’ and ‘Bellyache’ through to the Roy Orbison-inspired heartbreak of ‘Words Fail Me’.

Chile’s Föllakzoid will also be headlining the festival this year with their mesmerizing and unique style pf psych rock. The band has been featured on many international stages and promises a live experience like no other. The creative perspective of the band has always been about unlearning the narrative and musical knowledge that shape the physical and digital formats and conceptions available, both visually and musically in order to make a time-space metric structure that dissolves both the author and the narrative paradigms.

Endless Daze has become somewhat of a ritual or a homecoming for Medicine Boy. This year the dream noise duo will be bringing some friends to join them. The Last Light Ensemble is an eight-piece band consisting of drums, violin, cello, double bass, French horn and backing vocals. A group of some of Cape Town’s most talented musicians who will be coming together especially for this show. Last year the band released their second album ‘Lower’ on London’s Fuzz Club Records and are currently working on the follow up, with recording sessions booked for Berlin in September and Cape Town in November.

Both Phase One and Two tickets for Endless Daze 2019 have been sold out, with only the final Phase Three and limited door tickets available. More details can be found on the Endless Daze website. There will be one more round of acts to be announced, with the current billing as:
